Kharislife Cosmetics does not accept Order cancellations 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Everyone’s order is packaged in the order in which they were placed.
Kharislife Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been picked up for delivery.

If the wrong item was delivered to you by mistake, email Kharislife Cosmetics and make sure you add the subject to your email so we can get back to you quickly. Send proof of your order number and information and also send pictures of the package that was received. We would send you a code for your next purchase to make up for the mix-up.
